• I currently lead recruiting teams at AT&T.
• I despise the use of numbers to define innovation or "out of the box" thinking (2.0, 3.0, etc.)
• I'm passionate in changing job seekers expectations - by exceeding them - by miles.
• I'm a huge fan of feedback - all of it.
• I will answer EVERY email... eventually.

To be honest, I think you'll never meet a bigger fan of social networking and next-gen communication tools than I am.
