• I currently lead the talent engagement recruitment marketing strategies at PepsiCo.
• I despise the use of numbers to define innovation or "out of the box" thinking (2.0, 3.0, etc.)
• I'm passionate in changing job seekers expectations - by exceeding them - by miles.
• I'm a huge fan of feedback - all of it.
• I will answer EVERY email... eventually.

So having said this, welcome to my personal website and blog. I've many blogs across the Internet that focus on topics that vary from recruiting to cooking to fitness to my buddy, Sci-Fi. To be honest, I think you'll never meet a bigger fan of social networking and next-gen communication tools than I am.
