Marco?… Marco?.. MARCO?!?!

It’s Friday and I’m excited about that for more than just the obvious reasons. You see, I try and keep my Friday calendar open each week so that I can use the time to either close out open issues from the week or lock down some time to do something that’s really outside of the box or that I really enjoy within the scope (most of the time) of my job.

Today’s fun item? I get to play [[Marco Polo]] for a Sourcer in Dallas, TX. Yes, that’s right – I’m adding to my team and looking for someone with cr4zy m4d ski11s to add to our clubhouse.

“That’s no fun!” you say? Ha! I beg to differ!
Practicing search skills and training recruiters to maximize the power of the Internet in their day to day work is great. Working with my team to build effective strategies that hire thousands of quality candidates in very short ramp-up periods is awesome! But working with my team and network to fill a job ON my team…. with someone that will do this as well, if not better, than my existing team members? Priceless!!

So I’ll open it up today as I work up a list of prescreen questions and conditions that I’ll be looking for in someone that would be a true CyberSlueth – and able to source for volume as well as niche opportunities accross the country. I know what I’ll be asking… But what would any of the readers out there that are recruiters or aspiring recruiters use as a screening question?

Anxiously awaiting to hear from some of you – and don’t be shy about the comments field.. I’m still getting crazy amounts of email about each post but a few of you seem to still be a bit shy to pull the trigger when it comes to displaying them out front.
