One of the best parts about being a recruiter for AT&T is
getting to go into the field and meet the people that apply for our jobs at www.att.jobs. Getting to shake their hands and talk to them, see
a smiling face, and answer questions in person – all great fun!Of course, conducting job
interviews is also one of my favorite things… but it takes a back seat to the job offers.
Nothing is better than offering someone a job after they’ve gone through the sometimes strenuous
hiring process.
This is one recruiter that loves field work… almost as much as the
‘e’ side of his job.
Mucho thanks to everyone that came out today and for all of the “Hey
RecruiterGuy” emails I’ve received this week. I’m here in El Paso for the
remainder of the weekend and then I’m off to Oakland, CA to interview some people to fill a
position on my team.
Will RecruiterGuy go to Mexico tomorrow?… Hmmmm….
